Claims Philosophy

ArgoGlobal is committed to providing the highest level of claims technical and customer service.

Claims will be investigated thoroughly and decisions taken promptly and fairly. All claims will be handled proactively and with integrity and professionalism, in accordance with Lloyds and industry management controls.

ArgoGlobal employs only specialist claims professionals who work in partnership with our underwriters and customers to ensure a full understanding of the business risks written and to ensure that the highest level of claims service is provided.

In addition to our own team, we will work closely with external specialists to enhance and support the quality of the claims service given. All external professionals retained by ArgoGlobal are carefully selected to ensure that they have fundamental philosophies in line with our own and also follow our high demands for claims service and technical excellence. We only retain specialists in their fields so that we can ensure a prompt, fair and equitable solution to any loss, whilst managing the costs that can easily escalate in any loss situation.
